Will Gruca (Baden, Pa./Ambridge) took the attempt, setting up a low cross in front of the net. Brady Napoleon (Pittsburgh, Pa./Mount Lebanon) charged in and buried the attempt in the back of the net as the Gators gained a 1-0 lead. The goal was the third of the year for him.The Cougars tied the game late in the opening half. In the 41st minute, they took advantage of a free kick from just outside to tie the game at one apiece. Darius Googe (East Hartford, Conn./East Hartford) had a pair of opportunities early in the second half, but the first was blocked and the second was saved.Cadan Bennett (Gibsonia, Pa./Pine-Richland) had two saves in the final 45 minutes as the match ended in a 1-1 draw.Inside the Box<ul><li>Napoleon scored off an assist by Gruca in the 29th minute.</li><li>Chatham tied the game in the 41st minute.</li><li>Bennett made four saves.</li><li>The Gators earned eight corners without surrendering one.</li><li>Allegheny had an 11-8 edge in shots.</li></ul>News and Notes<ul><li>The Gators are now 0-1-2 all-time against the Cougars.</li><li>Napoleon scored his 17th career goal.</li><li>Gruca tallied her third career assist. </li></ul>The Gators return to Meadville Saturday (Sept. 28) to face Grove City in PAC action.</div></body>
