The suspect then took out three water bottle caps and hid a tissue under one of them.The suspect mixed them up and then asked the victim to pick which one had the tissue underneath.According to the police report, the suspect “let [the victim] win five times in a row, winning $100 per win.” The victim’s winnings totaled $500.The victim told the suspect he was done playing when the suspect reportedly raised his shirt brandishing a pistol and told the victim he needed to keep playing.The victim continued playing until he reportedly lost all of his winnings.
