A Montana man has pleaded guilty to attempted murder in connection to the shooting of a homeless person in downtown Loveland last year and will be sentenced in November. 28 year old Aaron Lambertus appeared before 8th Judicial District Court Judge Sarah Cure Wednesday morning where he pleaded guilty to attempted first-degree murder, and a sentence enhancer of a violent crime with with the use of a weapon. Cure scheduled Lambertus to face sentencing at 2 p.m. Nov. 26. He remains in custody at the Larimer County Jail in Fort Collins on a $1 million cash only bond.
