The commission and all water authorities must be abolished and the American people/tax payers need to be in charge and provide oversight all across the country we are missing about 50 to 70 years worth of accumulated money payed every three months with sewer and trash bills included aside from trash . Bills have been paid for decades with next to no upkeep advancements or anything. And what has been done in the past decade is from the lines and mains being neglected. Our rates have gone up and up. Where has all the allocated money gone. I want a full investigation for the past 70 years immediately and done within less than six months. Along with inditments fines to be payed immediately to the taxes payers directly restitution. Jail time for all those involved with stealing our money even if there dead. There families can pay there debts to society.
