people need to see the simple economics. municipalities and counties give tax incentives, and LAND, to builders to build apt complexes rather than houses, therefore they do not build houses, leads to increased prices of houses due to lesser supply of houses, leads to increased taxes, and the cycle repeats when people can't afford to live in their house because of the taxes, which were directly created by the city councils and county commissioners. It is an absolute conscious decision to force people out, then these same inserted "elected" council and commissioners deflect blame and want more money for homeless shelters for those they MADE homeless. also, look into Massachusetts hotel projects, and aurora hotel projects, and Maine apartment projects. We are pawns.
