These funds will help support our mission to empower youth in foster care and young adults through targeted mentorship and workforce training programs.The grants include:* $5,000 Capacity Grant– To enhance our ability to expand and strengthen our program offerings.* $5,000 Food Grant– To provide essential nutrition for the youth in our care, ensuring they are ready to learn and grow.* $30,000 Program Grant– To directly support our carpentry program and other workforce development initiatives, providing the tools and resources necessary for hands-on training and career preparation for youth ages 16 to 24.Project BUILD SWFL serves two key populations: youth in foster care between the ages of 6 and 16, and young adults ages 16 to 24 in need of workforce development training.
