However, at the end of the argument he was able to avoid police and remained at-large throughout the day.Police then set up surveillance at that same home later that evening. Lee-Livingston returned and then called an Uber.Once he got into the car, police pulled the vehicle over. That’s when Lee-Livingston got out of the car and attempted to run away. But, he was soon caught by police and taken to the Allegheny County Jail.The police situation shut down Mars-Valencia Road, Three Degree Road, and Babcock Boulevard.</div></body>
