You mean like...murder is NOT murder....or robbery, assault, and rape, are NOT robbery, assault, and rape. Baltimore is a crime ridden city where juveniles engage in daily crime sprees like violent crimes, car jackings, robberies, assaults, and theft and face ZERO consequences due to progressives lawmakers granting juvenile criminals protection from prosecution. Hitler's 'Brown Shirts' were given a free pass to rob, assault, murder, and destroy homes and businesses of Jewish people living in Germany and eventually many regions of Europe. This is the same game with different instigators.
