Ramos was transported to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.Preliminary findings from the investigation indicate that the driver of the Nissan Maxima was traveling northbound on Hungerford Road when they struck Del Cid Ramos. The driver remained on the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.The investigation remains active and ongoing.
