The building will retain the name Willowbrook with oversight provided by Horizon Health. The location houses up to 14 residents.“Willowbrook expressed interest in us taking ownership and managing the property,” said Kym Pfrank, Horizon Health vice president of strategic planning &amp; hospital operations. “Normal operations will continue. We expect the transition to be seamless with no disruptions to residents, staff, or services.”Primary Care ClinicThe vacant building next to Willowbrook – which once housed additional residents – will be repurposed, with an anticipated opening in early 2025. It will house a new primary care clinic, EZ Care walk-in clinic, and X-ray services. EZ Care will move into the building from its current location at Illinois Highway 1and US 40.
