Hubbard talks about his nearly 6 years as the Park and Recreation Director of his hometown.Hubbard says Marshalltown will always be his hometown and he has a sense of pride creating new opportunities for families during his time here.While Hubbard has a lot of memories here, this opportunity will allow him to see more of his wife and kids.Hubbard says that in all of his projects multiple people have been working on them and those teams will pick up the slack when he leaves.
