(Fargo, ND) — There are new details about a popular Fargo restaurant that closed abruptly last Sunday. According to police, officers responded to reports of a disturbance at BernBaum’s the day before. The police report says a female employee had been fired and her male co-worker confronted owner Brett Bernath about it. The co-worker says Bernath threatened him with an ice pick, while Bernath says the co-worker punched him after he told the employee to leave. Officers say they found no evidence of a crime and so far, no charges have been filed.
