Quiet? Why? Probably because on claims to a car manufacturer like Ford, they require the part be shipped back so they can verify, make it better, show engineers. But recalls. It up the dealer. The batteries will probably wind up in a pile out back. Sit. Leak. Rust. Dumpster. Musk wont pay to have it shipped, recycled.
