CHARLESTON, S.C. - The Charleston Southern women's soccer team began Big South play on a tear, defeating the Winthrop Eagles 4-1 on Wednesday. Four different players scored for the Buccaneers (9-5-4, 1-0-0 in conference), and each of them came in the first half. It was the most goals scored in one half for the Buccaneers since scoring six in the first half against Brewton Parker in 2022.
