<div>The Coudersport Falcons football team dropped their road contest on Friday, Sept. 20 to Ridgway/Johnsonburg by a score of 45-16 to fall to 2-3 during the 2024 season.The Falcons fell behind early with their opponent using a 38-point first half to put them down big at the break at 38-0.In the third quarter, the Falcons started to get things going on offense as they scored two touchdowns, but it was all they would be able to muster up as the Ridgway team scored one more touchdown to bring the game to its final count of 45-16 and hand the Falcons their third loss of the year.In the loss, the Coudersport offense was led by Ethan Ott, who scored both of the Falcons touchdowns while taking seven carries for 113 yards including an 81-yard score.Coleman Freeman had just five yards through the air on two completions.The defense was led by Lucas Risser with 11 tackles as well as John Wright and Dan Brown with eight stops each.The Falcons will look to right the ship on Friday, Sept. 27 when they host Smethport who sit at 1-3 and are coming off a 46-20 loss to Bucktail.The game is set for a 7 p.m. kickoff.</div>
