An Oct. 16 court date is scheduled, court records show.The crash happened on State Highway 32, near the intersection with Sparky's Lane.A preliminary investigation revealed a northbound SUV, driven by a 15-year-old girl, with a 54-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman as passengers, all from Lake Tomahawk, were struck by a southbound SUV that entered the northbound lane. The driver of the southbound SUV, and lone occupant, a 30-year-old Fond du Lac man, was taken to the hospital.The 51-year-old female passenger died at the scene as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.</div></body>
