Sensitivity training should be mandated every 6 months for ALL who work in the MPD from the receptionist to the chief. The fact that they disabled their camera to do this shows how corrupt they can be. This is no way to help the community think we are safe with such immaturity behind a badge. Mandate sensitivity training and start holding them accountable because at the end of the day, they are just standard citizens and shouldn't be treated as if above them as this is where their sense of entitlement comes from.

Nothing but Facts, Speak from your Heart Lemay. A Slap on the Wrist, is exactly what that Discipline warning was, it’ll happen again but it’ll get, “Sweeped up under the Rug”.
