Funny thing is I live in this dump town and them saying residents are not being charged for the DNR Surcharge it’s on my water bill as 23.00 so they lied yet again.

we pay a rain tax it's called the storm water management fee on our water bill I don't see how this is constitutional. the government doesn't own the rain
