<body><div><figure><img src="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?type=thumbnail_580x000&amp;url=19K2nc_0vkgq9CC00" alt="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=19K2nc_0vkgq9CC00" width="1200" height="678" ></figure><p>Sheldon IA (Northwest Iowa Now) — Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon held a public ribbon cutting for their new student housing complex Sioux Hall on Wednesday morning.</p><p>Northwest Iowa Community College President John Hartog III says the new hall will allow more students to have an on-campus college experience.</p><p>NCC now has a residence hall named for every county in their service area Cherokee, Osceola, O’Brien, Lyon and Sioux.</p><p>Sioux Hall has a capacity of 48 students, bringing the total number of students living on campus to 226. NCC recently announced a record enrollment for the second straight year.</p></div></body>
