    Fountain Hills: Sheriff's call log

    Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation based in Fountain Hills is reporting that deputies responded to the following incidents during the week from Thursday, Sept. 19, through Wednesday, Sept. 25.

    Thursday, Sept. 19

    *A resident of the 11000 block of Teller Drive reported that an unknown subject used the victim’s personal information without permission to create an account.

    *Deputies responded to the 17000 block of San Marcos Drive where it was reported that a subject assaulted the victim. The victim was unwilling to aid in prosecution.

    *A resident of the 15000 block of Primrose Drive reported that an unknown subject threatened the complainant via email. The complainant was not willing to aid in prosecution.

    *A resident of the 16000 block of Trevino Drive reported that an unknown subject drove off the roadway and struck a water line on the complainant’s property. The subject then fled the area.

    *Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. where it was reported that a subject threw a beverage at the complainant at a restaurant.

    Friday, Sept. 20

    *Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Desert Sage Drive where it was reported that a package was delivered to the wrong address and the subject that wrongly received the package refused to return the property to the rightful owner.

    *Deputies responded to Shea and Palisades boulevards for a reported traffic collision that occurred after a driver failed to maintain their lane during a turn and struck another vehicle. No injuries were reported. One vehicle was towed from the scene.

    *Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Palisades Blvd. where it was reported that an unknown subject called a business and made a threat over the telephone.

    *A resident of the 9000 block of Monterey Drive reported a custodial interference incident.

    *Deputies responded to the 12000 block of Saguaro Blvd. for a report that a subject damaged property belonging to a business.

    *Deputies responded to the 16000 block of El Lago Blvd. where it was reported that an unknown subject sent a minor suggestive messages via social media. It was determined that both the victim and suspect in this case live outside the state.

    Saturday, Sept. 21

    *Deputies responded to Fountain Hills Boulevard and Fairfax Drive for a report of a domestic violence assault. The subject then fled the area.

    *A resident in the area of 11000 Crestview Drive reported that she was bitten by a dog as she was jogging past a residence.

    *A resident of the 16000 block of Chiquita Drive reported that an unknown subject damaged the window of a residence with a projectile.

    *A resident of the 14000 block of Saguaro Blvd. reported that an unknown subject scammed the victim out of approximately $800 as part of an online selling app scam.

    Monday, Sept. 23

    *Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that the customer of a business refused to pay the total monies owed for a service. The dispute was found to be a civil matter.

    *Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. for a report of a mutual combat fight. One of the involved partes fled the area prior to the arrival of deputies.

    *A resident of the 14000 block of Kings Way reported a domestic violence assault incident.

    Tuesday, Sept. 24

    *Deputies made a traffic stop on Saguaro Boulevard at Ledferd Lane where the driver was stopped for criminal speed traveling 66 miles per hour where the speed limit is 35. A check of records revealed the driver’s license was suspended. The driver was issued a criminal citation.

    *Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Laser Drive where a subject was trespassed from a business after refusing to leave.

    *A resident of the 15000 block of Westridge Drive reported that an unknown subject fraudulently opened a business in the victim’s name.

    Wednesday, Sept. 25

    *Deputies stopped a motorist on Palisades Boulevard at Lost Hills Drive and issued them a criminal citation for speed, traveling 69 miles per hour where the speed limit is 45.
