Participants will sculpt their own monsters from air dry clay.Registration is limited and can be completed at MassMu.org/Tickets or by calling 330-833-4061. The class fee ($35 per person or $30 per MassMu member) includes supplies.Bili Kribbs is a painter, sculpture and digital artist based in Lakewood, OH. Known for his vibrant streams of consciousness, character-driven work, humor, and toy-like sculpture, Kribbs combines traditional and digital techniques. His process is a meditation on curiosity and imagination, fueled by a connection to his own youthful way of thinking. He documents the human experience of creativity to liberate the modern-day working adult. His intention is to amplify and share that feeling of fearlessness and intellectual freedom through art.Kribbs’ client work includes private commissions, artwork for performing artists, and illustrations for merchandise and publications. Kribbs frequently showcases his art at regional events like the Lakewood and Berea Art Festivals. His work can be seen in several public art projects. He has taught workshops at museums and art centers throughout Northeast Ohio.The Massillon Museum is grateful for operating support from the Ohio Arts Council, ArtsinStark, and the citizens of Massillon, as well as a marketing grant from Visit Canton.
