Bar, Bistro and Cantina to Open Soon in Cocoa Beach

Two new dining concepts, Rebellion Beachside Bar & Bistro and Rebellion Cantina, are set to open side by side in Cocoa Beach. Michelle Herndon, co-owner of both establishments, shared the news with Business Debut.

The Rebellion brand started with Rebellion Wine Bar, which opened three years ago in Cocoa. Now, the brand is expanding with these two distinct venues.

Rebellion Beachside Bar & Bistro will offer a French-inspired bistro experience, serving classic dishes such as steak and frites, mussels and frites, and similar fare. This bistro will have 120 seats inside and is set to open in October at 26 N Orlando Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931.

Rebellion Cantina will feature a walk-up window offering seafood tacos, with outdoor seating available. While the focus will be on fish tacos, the menu may expand to include other proteins in the future. Located at 24 N Orlando Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931, the Cantina is expected to open in early November, Herndon said.

Both venues promise to bring new flavors and experiences to the Cocoa Beach area, with the bistro launching first, followed shortly by the cantina.
