    She’s ordered to by $5,500 in restitution and just over $800 in cost. The city will never see a dime of that money.

    WTH? I’ll never understand the justice system. 10 years suspended after she serves two years? Really? No wonder there is so much crime. They practically.just get a slap in the wrist. She’ll probably serve her time in the city jail. I don’t see her going to prison. And yes people there is a difference between prison and jail. Google it.
