SIOUX CITY — A 49-year-old Le Mars man received a 66-month prison sentence for drug and firearm convictions. Timothy Mullally was sentenced in federal court in Sioux City on Sept. 25. Mullally pleaded guilty on May 16 to one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and one count of prohibited person in possession of firearms, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office from the Northern District of Iowa based in Sioux City.
