Smartmatic has settled its defamation case against Newsmax, according to court official

WILMINGTON, Delaware (Reuters) - Voting machine company Smartmatic has settled its defamation case against conservative broadcaster Newsmax Media, a community spokesperson for Delaware Superior Court said on Thursday, without providing further details.
