Thomas, a 1991 graduate, earned All-American honors, North Atlantic Conference Pitcher of the Year, and All-New England recognition. His 108 strikeouts in 1991 remain the second-highest in program history. Following his standout collegiate career, Thomas was drafted 69th overall in the second round by the Chicago White Sox and made his Major League Baseball (MLB) debut in 1995. His contributions to the sport reflect his commitment to excellence, a standard he upholds at CACC. “Coach Thomas’ work ethic is unparalleled, and his positive impact on our college and baseball program has been tremendous,” said Jeff Lynn, President of CACC. “He leads by example, instilling discipline and dedication in his players.
