Not going to sign it to many people in Norman who don't like change, and anything would be a change they cry about, and this isn't the first time people have cried. Let's see Trea Young Athltic Center, ODOT, wanting to put Toll Road in East Norman, and the list keeps going heck the people of Norman and the People of Charleston SC should see who cries the most on issues as both are the two biggest cry babies in City's I have lived. The Arena will be built when the dust settles down and those crying will just have to suck it up
