Olohan Alley will be closed for the event starting on Thursday, September 26th at 5 PM through Sunday, September 29th at 8 AM. To ensure the safety of festival and parade goers, the Arroyo Grande Police Department and the City’s Public Works Department will close roads in and around the Village as follows:Saturday, September 28, 2024Road Closures from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM to include: <ul><li>E.
