seems there are a couple a dsy here in East Texas. school districts losing money, big amounts because state pays only for students in attendencehere fiscusdions about suing hoaxters parents for those amount and charging with terrorismme? I would give child only a simplebphone. calls only, mo smart stuff I would lock up the wi fi and moniter all computers. same with vehicles, there would be trackers on them. Tough love? no, parenting.
