According to the North Vernon Police Department (NVPD), an individual called in on Sunday to report skateboarders in the empty pool, despite a fence with a locked gate and a sign that reads “DO NOT ENTER!”</p><p>When officers arrived, the two juveniles were apprehended and trespassed from the property. No injuries were reported and no criminal charges were made due to no damage, however this kind of action could result in criminal trespass/mischief, which is a misdemeanor.</p></div></body>
