Carlo Ancelotti Gives Up on Vincius Jr Following Madrid 3-2 Win

Carlo Ancelotti and Real Madrid have given up on Vincius Jr., and the dressing room has grown weary of his antics. The Brazilian was yellow-carded for his behaviors and antics during Madrid’s 3-2 win against Alaves. In the 29th minute, Vinicius protested against Muniz Ruiz after a foul by Mouruno that the referee couldn’t comprehend.

Before the end of the game, Vinicius was almost given another with some of his behavioral displays as Ancelotti removed him. This has made the Italian coach and teammates tired of his behavior. However, in that game, Madrid was able to win 3-2 thanks to goals from him, Mbappe, and Rodrygo. Carlo Ancelotti hopes Vinicius Jr doesn’t cause more trouble during the intense Madrid derby. Real Madrid is expected to be away at the hostile Atletico Madrid stadium.

    Vinicius Jr Antics

The Italian coach and the club have reached a critical stage with the Brazilian, as reported by Sport 24. It was stated that the 24-year-old has become a serious challenge for himself and the team. This is due to his behaviors and protests while playing the game. His antics have made him the most cautious player in La Liga, especially for his lack of regard for the officiating team, including the referee. So far, he already has three yellow cards for his behaviors this season.

The fact that these cards aren’t due to his tackles but rather his lack of discipline and behavior is a big worry for the Los Blancos. His behaviors have also motivated other players in the team to act in such a manner. So far, Madrid players have received 9 caution Yellow cards in 7 league games, three of which came from their clash against Alaves.

    Carlo Ancelotti on the Issue

The Italian coach spoke bluntly after the game, specifying that his players should be aware of the rules and adapt to the situation on the ground to avoid cautions that may spoil the game.

He said: “The rules have changed and we have to get used to this. We have to avoid protests and that’s it. It’s not fair or unfair, we have to adapt to this and that’s it.”

The Italian continued, speaking bluntly about how the officiating should have sent off his player for poor misconduct. Endrick had struck Mouruno in his groin.

The Italian said: “We should have ended up playing against ten men for the last ten minutes. The referee has to send off his player. It’s a red card, there was an intention to hit. Nobody can say that it’s not a sending-off. I think the referee may have been excessive in giving them some yellow cards, but that is an unappealable red card. It’s a clear one-off decision. It doesn’t admit any debate.

    More on the Brazilian Behavior

During the 90th minute, when things were very intense. Alaves needed a goal to draw Los Blancos. Ancelotti substituted Vincius Jr. As the Brazilian was coming off, he saw the Fourth Official signaling 6 minutes being added extra to the game.
