I pray that will get it's together...I live there 2013 and don't have no problem with anything but the landlord she has problems with me .. jealous of me for know reason she trying to put me out but I left on my own I am so glad this would let me back for reasons thank you Almighty God thing happen for reasons sometimes we don't know the reason why ...but I am thankful I know now

These third party Property Management Companies need to be thoroughly vetted. Many are governed by Corporate Raiders, Cartels, and Venture Capitalist bandits. KENTUCKY LEGISLATORS and Local Government better get in front of this HOUSING, Landlord/, Tenants and Rental Property problem.
