    The residents/ owners have not addressed the full damage of the 2015 flood. Indeed, there are streets still blocked. Most do not want the flooding of old pass over bridges or road damage FROM OLD EARTHEN DAMS. inside neighborhoods fully repaired. TOO MANY Public through fares mixed with private roads. The ppl. who live there DO NOT WANT OUTSIDER TRAFFIC DRIVING THROUGH "THEIR" NEIGHBORHOODS. THEY ARE PERFECTLY FINE WITH THE ROAD CLOUSERS.
