    Clark Co. residents stranded by road closure voice concerns about incoming weather

    East Kentucky Power should give access to the gravel road at all times until bridge gets repaired. They didn't care about " safety" when they disrupted the whole Trapp community with their big trucks destroying the highways, nor the noise that the citizens had to tolerate or the dynamite they used that shook the homes causing cracks in the foundations. Its time to compensate the citizens of the Trapp community by : Giving Back".
