In the New York Giants' frustrating loss to the Dallas Cowboys on 'Thursday Night Football,' they lost a key offensive piece in Malik Nabers after he was ruled out with a concussion.

Nabers was phenomenal in the game, finishing with a season and career-high 12 receptions, for 115 yards. This includes an impressive 39-yard reception after he juked Andrew Booth Jr.

That said, the timing of his injury makes it really tragic, as it was very deep into the game and could have been avoided since the Giants went on to lose anyways. Hopefully, it isn't too bad of a concussion, but he was diagnosed very quickly.

After his diagnosis, fans took to Twitter to show their support for Nabers, wishing him a speedy recovery.

"Absolutely heartbreaking. Prayers.," said one fan, with another adding, "Hate it for Malik Nabers. He's such a great guy. I'm sure he will recover very soon from the concussion injury."

Giants fans were quick to wish him a rapid recovery, saying, "Get well soon Nabers, we need you.," and, "Hope he recovers quick from that concussion."

Being drafted with the No. 6 overall pick in this year's draft, Nabers has been a treat to watch play this season as he's simply dominated. Hopefully he doesn't miss too much time, as he was on pace for a historic season. If he comes back within the next couple of weeks, he could still finish with a historic season, and make a strong case to be the Offensive Rookie of the Year.
