He’s from Rancho Cucamonga (California) but has recently explained to Blue White Illustrated that he has family ties to central PA. Rhoa has been evaluated by On3 where they rank him as the No. 3 interior offensive lineman in his class and the No. 10 player in California (No. 49 nationally).Rhoa has only taken one unofficial visit during his recruitment which was to Penn State on March 29. However, he is slated to return this weekend.
