John Hedlund picks up 400th win as UNT soccer team continues hot start in AAC play

The final seconds had barely run off the clock at the North Texas Soccer and Track & Field Stadium on Thursday when the Mean Green’s players sprang into action.

A handful grabbed a blue water cooler on the sideline, chased after John Hedlund and doused their coach. A few others grabbed the confetti cannon they stashed on the sideline and set it off as they all pulled on white T-shirts with “400” written in white inside a green goat.
