The turf component has to be grown specifically to allow for a very fine mowing, sometimes down to one-eighth of an inch. Tees are constructed in a similar way, to create an optimal place to start each hole. </p><figure><img src="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?type=thumbnail_580x000&amp;url=4WXRCx_0vlYhdE700" alt="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=4WXRCx_0vlYhdE700" width="507" height="511" ></figure><p>Club management noted that the horse escaped down the “old runway” and then onto the golf course.</p><p>“They tried to wrangle the horse for a few hours today and in the process several tees and greens were significantly damaged. The horse was finally caught near the Village of Wellsville wastewater treatment plant.
