    Whose dream and who is paying for it? We have beautiful area with everything you could want! I really don’t see who’s this is improving children’s quality of life! How about stop grooming in school, or ability to read, write, add and subtract, teach how to have critical thought! That would produce quality of life that each person dreams of!!!
