Head out of this room, and you will be in the Church’s Main Hall. A glistening light will be on the room’s left side by the exit door. If you interact with it, you will have the option to start the side quest. Reynatis recommends being level 45 before taking on this cross-over event. Afterwards, Marin will receive a phone call from Moa, informing him she needs help outside 109 Shibuya in Scramble Crossing. However, when you head outside, you will see that the 109 entrance building has been replaced with 104, and it becomes apparent you are in a different Shibuya from your own.You will then encounter two battles with Noise creatures from NEO: TWEWY. The first one will be in Scramble Crossing with Marin and Moa on your team, with a handful of Noise creatures, which should be an easy match. Moa will then be separated from Marin and get into a fight with a single noise. This match is far easier than the previous one.
