Thunderstorms, gusty winds and an isolated tornado threat are possible with winds at 15-20 mph.Hurricane Helene made landfall in the Big Bend of Florida around 11:00 p.m. Thursday night as a category 4 storm, moving North- northeast at 24 mph.</div></body>
