Destiny 2: Obtaining the Wish-Ender Exotic

Wish-Ender is an Exotic Bow in Destiny 2 that was released as a part of the Shattered Throne Dungeon during the Forsaken expansion. It is a Kinetic Bow that has an intrinsic Anti-Barrier built in. It also grants players Truesight, allowing them to see enemy combatants behind enemy walls. It is one of the highest if not the highest, damaging Bows in the game and is a must-have for every player who participates in challenging endgame activities.

    How to Obtain the Quest

The Wish-Ender quest was tied to a mission in the Forsaken campaign. However, since it was sunset now there is a new quest that new players can obtain. This Quest is called Hunter’s Remembrance, and players can obtain it in one of two ways:

    • Visiting the Exotic Archive Terminal in the Tower
    • Visiting Petra Venj in The Dreaming City destination

After obtaining this four-part Quest, players will be prompted to visit Petra again. Once players interact with her, she will give them items called Awoken Mementos.

    Awoken Mementos

For the next step of the Quest in Destiny 2, players will need to cleanse the Awoken Mementos by killing three major enemies that spawn in the Shattered Throne Dungeon. These include a Minotaur, a Captain, and an Ogre. Launch the Dungeon, and players will find these enemies at the following locations.

    Minotaur Boss

This boss can be found at the beginning of the Shattered Throne Dungeon in Destiny 2. When you reach the place where the first encounter begins, ignore the encounter and scale the large building that is present on the left side of the encounter area. Once at the tower, players will see a relic that is present on the balcony. This relic needs to be deposited at a certain point.

To find it, jump on the head of the statue near the tower. Then, jump on the opposite roof. Once there, players will find an empty statue where they will be prompted to deposit the relic. Once deposited, Minotaur Boss will spawn, and players will need to defeat it to progress.

    Captain Boss

The second Captain Boss will be found in the ledge area after the first encounter. This area has a lot of Ogres that can push enemies off the ledge, so make sure to defeat them first. After defeating them, follow down the right ledge and path from where players started, and they will come across another Relic. Players will need to carry the relic to the second column of the ledge, where the area ends. There, they will see a row of statues, where they will be prompted to deposit the Relic.

Players will need to deposit another relic, which will be found immediately to the right of the following area they enter. Carry it through the area and be careful not to die to surrounding Thralls. Players will reach a part where they will need to drop down. After dropping down, turn right, and there will be a statue on which players can deposit this Relic. This will open a door in the following area of the Dungeon, and inside it will be the Captain boss, whom players will need to defeat.

    Ogre Boss

Ogre Boss will be summoned while doing the second encounter of the Dungeon in Destiny 2, which requires the following steps:

    • Kill all four Taken Wizards and grab the debuff that they drop.
    • After collecting all four, deposit them at one of the four deposit points of the encounter.
    • Once deposited, there will be an invisible enemy called Fleeting Shade. This enemy will be present at the top of the arena, and killing him will drop another Relic.
    • Grab this Relic and deposit it at the statue where players initially started the encounter.
    • This will summon the final Ogre Boss, kill him, and finish the encounter.

Completing all these steps and defeating all the Bosses will cleanse the Awoken Mementos. Players will need to present these Mementos at the statue of Sjur Eido, which will be outside of the encounter area. Present it, and players will be rewarded with the Wish-Ender Exotic in Destiny 2.
