Paris, Tenn.–Henry County Commissioner Kenneth Humphreys presented the prestigious Loyal Patriot Award to a former student of his, Justin Oliver, who is President of Carroll Bank & Trust, Paris Branch at Thursday’s Chamber of Commerce board of directors meeting. The Loyal Patriot Award is the highest honor which can be bestowed on a Henry County citizen. Justin’s service on the board of directors comes to an end on October 1 after serving as board member, President and Past President for this past year. Interim Chamber Director Rachel Steedly spoke on behalf of the entire board by expressing “heartfelt gratitude to Justin Oliver. His hard work, tireless efforts, and steadfast commitment have been nothing short of remarkable. We couldn’t have navigated through these past few years without his leadership.
