Even though Jennifer Pedranti is only in her sophomore year as a Real Housewives of Orange County star, she is holding her own. After a dismal Season 17 showing in which she was run ragged by Tamra Judge’s comments, Jen is currently standing her ground. While Jen is showing progress, she still has a lot to work on. But Jennifer’s struggles are resonating with some viewers, who now find they are rooting for her to win.

The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 18 is chaotic

Okay, let’s get one thing straight: this season of the Real Housewives of Orange County is fantastic. The ladies came to play ball . The addition of Alexis Bellino as a ‘friend of” was everything we needed, especially on the heels of Shannon Beador’s break up. But the episodes are inundated with sloppy drama that has fans struggling to keep up. First, Shannon was filmed in the aftermath of her DUI. Then John Janssen announces he has Ring camera footage allegedly of Shan almost running over his daughter. Katie Ginella immediately tried to take down Heather Dubrow , but that just wouldn’t happen. On top of that, Gina Kirschenheiter had her boyfriend move out to protect her mental space.

All of this is a lot! Watching Tamra reconcile with Alexis has been interesting. It seems odd that a woman can go from calling her sworn enemy “Jesus Jugs” to being best friends overnight – except we all need to remember it didn’t happen overnight. Fans need a bit of stability within all this chaos, and a few are looking to Jen for that.

Jennifer Pedranti is a girl who just wants to have fun

I can’t believe I am writing this, but Jen recently had a night out that consisted of guest bartending at Jim Bellino’s bar. Has the world gone mad? But after I calmed myself down, I remembered that Jen is an RHOC housewife who seems to be able to really get along with just about anybody. So why not have the blonde get behind the bar for the evening? In an Instagram post, Jen shared a video of her bonding with locals and the owners of the establishment. Jen wrote, “Last night I did a THING! Thank you @solagave and @jimmybpalmsprings for having me. It was SO fun meeting everyone! I realized I am NOT a good bartender. We had THE BEST time! Thank you again to everyone who came, all the amazing conversations, and so many laughs!”

The video showed Jen wearing jeans and a T-shirt as she mixed up her own concoctions. Jen excitedly shook the drinks up to Metro Station’s Shake It. Honestly, I am a bit bummed I wasn’t there because it looked like a lot of fun. Viewers seemed to agree as they lit up her comments, saying, “You are such a breath of fresh air on this show!” And “Don’t let anyone ever put out your fire, Jen!!!”

There is something to be said about Jennifer’s demeanor. She rarely lets things the other women say get under her skin. While filming the reality TV show, Jen faced numerous uphill battles and challenging conversations, especially as she seemingly cannot pay bills without help. Viewers have already seen Jen deal with her divorce settlement where she shared that her ex-husband couldn’t even look her in the eye. The most recent episode also cast light on her son, Dawson, who wants to move out of her home. But she has handled each challenge with grace and some denial.

Sadly, her drama is about to take center stage thanks to her beau, Ryan Boyajian’s situation. News broke that Ryan had found himself involved in a $16 million theft and gambling scandal surrounding MLB player Shohei Ohtani’s Former Interpreter. But Jen is resilient and is standing by her man. In a sneak peek for the season, Eddie Judge is seen calling Ryan a “scumbag,” so Jen will once again be in the hot seat. However, despite all the theatrics, Jen is keeping to her Midwestern roots and staying as pleasant as possible.
