Cooper and the democrats don't care about parents who want to close the best K12 schools for their children's success. Democrats are beholden to the campaign funding of the Association of Teachers in North Carolina, which is a union.

set up protest meetings with those citizens against using public school taxpayers dollars to help fund those who choose to send their children to charter or private schools. there is nothing wrong with where you choose to send your children, just don't expect the taxpayers to fund it. the teachers and parents with children in public schools have it hard enough. the money needs to be used to supplement teachers salaries and equipment for the students. this is asinine, vote out the Republican lawmakers, maga imbeciles, they are responsible for this mess. Public funds take care of public schools, Private and Charter schools, the parents can afford it.
