Court documents state that an officer spotted Davis sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot at Dunkin and Jefferson Streets Wednesday night. The officer knew Davis had a warrant out for his arrest for failing to appear in court on stalking and trespassing charges. As the vehicle left the parking lot, the officer performed a traffic stop.Police say Davis initially refused to get out of the vehicle but did so after a threat to break the window was issued. Davis was searched and found to be in possession of a straw with suspected narcotics residue and more than $300 in cash covered in similar residue.As Davis was being booked into jail, the body scanner picked up on two concealed packages on his person. Deputies say one package contained 125 counterfeit pills laced with fentanyl, while the other contained about four grams of cocaine. Davis is currently on probation after pleading guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm, second-degree domestic assault, endangering the welfare of a child, first-degree stalking, and unlawful use of a weapon in 2022. A victim claimed Davis pulled out a gun and threatened to shoot everyone in an apartment on Candlelight Drive, including a newborn child. If Davis violated the terms of his probation, he was to face seven years in prison.</div></body>
