He later died at a local hospital. Blueitt was arrested the following day.On Thursday, a Boone County jury found Blueitt not guilty of first-degree murder and armed criminal action. However, he was found guilty of third-degree assault, which is a misdemeanor. Blueitt will be sentenced October 31. </div></body>
