ESPN's Elle Duncan Rips 'Arrogant' Deshaun Watson Amid Browns Slow Start

The Cleveland Browns have crawled out to a 1-2 start in the 2024 campaign, and it has led to all eyes being on quarterback Deshaun Watson.

The Browns paid quite a hefty price for Watson, but he has continued to struggle with the team to start the new season, and fans are getting impatient.

Making matters worse, beyond his struggles and the various sexual assault allegations he's facing, is the fact that he seems unwilling to take accountability for the Browns inability to win. It's safe to say folks are furious with him, and it led to Elle Duncan absolutely ripping Watson during her recent appearance on ESPN's "First Take."

Watson obviously isn't solely to blame for Cleveland's early season woes, but his play under center through three games has left quite a bit to be desired (67/116, 551 YDS, 3 TD, 2 INT, 14 CAR, 85 YDS, 1 TD).

And yet, amid all the turbulence in his life, he refuses to take blame for his shortcomings, which led to Duncan's stern words towards him.

Watson will have a chance to get back on track in Week 4 against the Las Vegas Raiders, but it's clear the patience of folks everywhere is running thin, and he may be running out of time to prove he's the Browns quarterback of the future.
