Sep. 25—SIBLEY, Iowa. — Brothers Jerry and Gene Van Stelton still have the Model M John Deere their dad purchased brand new in 1951. These days, it sports a pair of American flags and gets driven for local parades. They also have the cupola from their farm's original barn, and Gene lives in the house his parents built 73 years ago on a 164-acre parcel in Section 2 of Gilman Township, Osceola County.
