It's odd that Delaware libraries were hacked and possibly ransom. Just days before this article, I think they are setting the stage to say it was hackers. Something is off, why South Carolina was the first to report this crime and not the state it was stolen from it was 2.7 MILLION DOLLARS💲from the child support funds ‼️ Something really stinks of corruption 💲
